Hello,I felt like I was at home in the facility because it was a hotel I stayed in before. The facility is clean, comfortable and the staff are all nice people. Next time I go, I will stay in the same facility again.

What's not to like? They did everything for customer comfort.

What was the highlight of Sabai Sabana

Good for solo female travelers, it feels safe, top location. No soundproofing.

It's a very good location for solo female travelers who aren't in Pattaya for parties. It was my first solo visit to Pattaya, and staying in the safe part of the city was important to me. Friends recommended me hotels near Terminal 21, and it was just perfect. Very close to the mall (it helps because EVERYONE knows where Terminal21 is located so it's easy to find your way). It's a bit far from Walking street which is a plus, but it's close to the sea, the market, the foodcourts. It's also relatively close to the Sanctuary of Truth, MiniSiam and all other cultural locations. The hotel feels calm and relaxed. The staff is friendly. Rooms are a bit dated but spacious and clean. I actually stayed longer than originally planned because overall, it was comfortable.

Soundproofing omg That's a huge downside, and in any other city it would annoy me to no end. But in Pattaya, location was the most important to me, so I had to deal with zero soundproofing. When people walk in a corridor, you can hear every step, every squeak of the shoes, every breath. When they talk in the neighbouring room, you can hear them clearly. Luckily, it's rather a calm hotel, so there was no very noisy or drunken neighbours. Nearby there is a place with loud live music, and you will hear them playing daily, until 23-24:00, and it will be as clear as if they were in your room:)

Nice place to relax

The two pools were very accommodating and clean. Excellent location with easy access to malls, restaurants and beach.

One of the ladies at the reception was rather rude in dealing with guests' issues.

worthy to stay here.

Good place to the beach and Tiffany's show.the room and bathroom is big enough,and the bed yet.

I don't know why i always can not link the Internet by my phone.but the staffs they can.maybe it's something wrong with my phone.when i stayed there,a construction site beside my room,a little noisy in the day.the pillows is too thick to sleep well.

Normally a Quiet location and short walk to end of road to beach and easy access to main areas.

Construction of a new hotel next door and construction across road so was noisy but not too bad.. shame the new build construction will block the pool off a bit now. Air conditioning in the rooms needs attention not sure the filters have been cleaned !!! Air not very fresh ...

Beds are rather firm and air conditioners are not so cool as is all a bit old. New high rise is rising next door so did get a bit noisy during the day.

Nice clean hotel with courteous staff in good location close to beach.

Very comfortable beds, staff very courteous, swimming pool was a reasonable size, a lot of choice at breakfast buffet.

Bar was not open after 7pm. Some construction work going on next door which was a bit noisy occasionally.

Fantastic.

The staff, all the staff were fantastic. the cleaning ladies did a great job. I will be back 29th January. Hope to get same room. no., 2434.

Like all people I would like the pricing a bit lower for repeat customers.
